the mare/jennet ___________________________, for the agreed fee of

The
breeding fee is payable on arrival of the mare at the Bitterroot Mule Company
breeding facility. A boarding fee of
$_5.00/day_ and all other unpaid expenses,
will be paid when the mare is serviced and the undersigned is prepared to
retake possession of the mare.
The
breeding will be by artificial insemination, the cost of which is included in
the original breeding fee.
A
live, standing foal is guaranteed . If the mare does not produce
a "live foal" (a foal that stands and nurses), the client is entitled
to breed the same mare again with no additional cost of Stud fee at any time
during the same or next breeding season. Requests for such rebreeds must
be accompanied by a statement from a licensed veterinarian verifying such
facts. The client will be responsible for any collection/shipping fees
and deposits. It is required that the Client give 3 vaccinations of
Pneumabort-K to the pregnant mare during the 5th, 7th, and 9th months of
gestation.
The
above stud fee is not refundable except in case of prior sale of the Jack
indicated above. The undersigned will
not hold Bitterroot Mule Company or its agents liable for any sickness, injury,
death or other misfortune that may befall the mare or foal (if she has a
nursing a foal) while at the Bitterroot Mule Company breeding facility.
If
the above mare and/or foal becomes injured or sick, I hereby empower the
Bitterroot Mule Company to retain a licensed veterinarian to treat the mare
and/or foal, and I will pay the DVM for the services.
